Coffee equipment manufacturer Cimbali Group‘s United Kingdom (UK) division has been included in the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation 2025 rankings.

The UK list is one of the world’s largest surveys of workplace culture and is compiled using anonymous employee feedback about workplace experience. Rankings are based primarily on employees’ feedback surrounding company culture and opportunity.

Cimbali Group UK has been recognised in the small and medium-size business category, with 72 per cent of employees recognising the Group as a great place to work. This rate is above the UK’s average of 54 per cent.

“Being recognised as a Great Place to Work UK is a significant milestone for us, as it reflects the value we place on our people,” says Louise Felton, Group Regional Director of UK and Ireland.

“This recognition makes us proud and reinforces our commitment to building a more inclusive, inspiring, and forward-looking workplace every day. This accomplishment belongs to all of us, and together we will continue moving forward towards an even brighter future.”

The company’s employees reported feeling welcomed and valued, with 95 per cent saying they are treated fairly regardless of race, and 93 per cent highlighting fairness across both gender and sexual orientation. According to the company, safety and inclusivity are also central to the workplace, with 88 per cent affirming it is a physically safe environment.
