Coffee Roasters Australia (CRA) Technology will display a range of Australian-designed products for the specialty coffee industry at Host Milano from 18 to 22 October.

Products on display at Stand M29 in Hall 14 will include coffee roasting and brewing equipment, along with the exclusive launch of the nonfiction book, The Coffee Entrepreneur.CRA Technology is an Australian-based manufacturer of advanced coffee roasting equipment and technology.

“CRA Technology manufactures in Australia utilising the latest cutting-edge manufacturing processes and materials to ensure high-quality performance and finish,” CRA Technology Marketing Director Alana Beattie says.

“Please join us at our stand or feel free to book an appointment with any of our wonderful team through the Host booking service.”

The CRA team will display its 22-kilogram Phantom coffee roaster, afterburner, and loader, showcasing the Australian-made build, Coffee Sweet control system technology, and compact footprint of the model.

The CRA Technology stand will also feature several of Brisbane based engineer Mark Folker’s specialty coffee brewing devices.

The Kickstarter-funded Trinity One “all in one” coffee maker combines press, drip, and immersion methods in one device.

Folker’s Delter Coffee Press will be featured on the CRA Technology stand. Using an “injection brewing” method, the Delter Coffee Press was recently awarded a Good Design Award in Sydney, New South Wales, and featured on the television series Australia by Design.

Alongside the suite of products, CRA Technology will also host meet and greets with Instaurator, author of The Coffee Entrepreneur.

Instaurator co-founded the Australian Specialty Coffee Association, trained 2003 World Barista Champion Paul Basset, helped launch the World Barista Championship format competition in Australia, was the first Australian to be on a Cup of Excellence Jury, and has built up multiple successful coffee enterprises. He has been roasting specialty coffee since 1981.
