The Alliance for Coffee Excellence (ACE) and Cup of Excellence (CoE) have partnered with V-Auction, a digital auction platform specialising in coffee auctions, as their official auction platform.
Starting with the Nicaragua competition winners on 19 June 2025, all auctions for award-winning CoE coffees and any other ACE-sponsored auctions will be hosted on V-Auction’s platform. The partnership is designed to increase producers’ visibility and enhance buyers’ experience
A live demo will be held at the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Expo in Houston in April to introduce stakeholders to the platform. ACE and V-Auction will provide online training in English and Spanish for seamless adoption.

Now in its 26th year, CoE is designed to connect individual farmers to buyers in the specialty coffee market. Since its first auction in 1999, CoE has held competitions in 16 coffee producing nations.
