Grinder manufacturer Ditting will present its new 807 product line at Host Milano from 18 to 22 October.

Ditting says its 807 shop grinder, laboratory version 807 Lab Sweet, and 807 Filter models increase its lead within professional precision grinding.

The 807 shop grinder features a grinding range of 130 to 1400 micrometres, an average output of 450 grams per minute, individual temperature management for the motor and two active fans regulating the inside temperature of the grinder, a compact design, 500-gram capacity bean hopper, and easy-to-use controls.

The 807 Lab Sweet is equipped with premium cast steel burrs, featuring a “special grinding teeth geometry”. Ditting says these burrs ensure an optimal particle size spread within the grounds in order to achieve an ideal extraction and more sweetness inside the cup.

With close to zero retention, Ditting calls he 807 Lab Sweet the perfect grinder for cuppings at the laboratory as well as for grinding single portions at the coffee shop. The foldable tray, which is easily height-adjusted, as well as the grounds vessel ensure perfect usability.

Ditting says the 807 Filter is the first choice for coffee preparation with the filter basket, as its adjustable spout enables clean grinding directly into the centre of the coffee filter.
Filter baskets of any common size and shape can fit into the height- and width-adjustable support.

Ditting will exhibit at booth #S50 T39 in pavilion 24 of Host Milano.
