Turkish specialty coffee chain Espressolab has launched its location in Bali, marking the company’s first expansion into East Asia.

With the new store, Espressolab now operates more than 380 stores in more than 16 countries around the world, with its strongest presence being in its home market of Türkiye and surrounding eastern European and Middle Eastern nations.

One of its Cape Town stores, located at The Old Biscuit Mill, was selected as the 11th best coffee shop in the world in the Top 100 Coffee Shops list published in 2025.

Espressolab says it sources its coffee beans directly from producers and acts on the principle of ‘direct trade’. It’s roastery is located in Merter, Istanbul while it sources milk from its own 50-acre farm in Kırklareli Vize in Türkiye’s west.
