Farmers Brothers has appointed Waheed Zaman to the company’s Board of Directors, effective from 1 September 2021.
In his current role, Zaman serves as the CEO of W&A Consulting where he advises senior executives on achieving transformational change. Here, he also consults with leaders and teams on their personal success and leadership practices, ensuring overall organisational effectiveness and strategy execution.
Zaman brings more than 35 years of Global Consumer experience and has worked with multiple Boards of Directors to bring organisation wide change across Corporate Strategy, IT, Supply Chain, Consumer, and Retail Analytics.
Previously Zaman also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Corporate Strategy and Administrative Officer at the Hershey Company where he updated the brand’s corporate strategy and leveraged technology to improve decision making and operational perception.
