Re:co Symposium has announced the first seven speakers of the event, held from 6 to 7 April in Boston, Massachusetts.

According to Re:Co, these speakers will help attendees revisit their basic assumptions about specialty coffee and its consumers.

Of the seven speakers, Catalina Eikenberg is currently leading the Sustainable Business Unit at Neumann Kaffee Gruppe, the largest coffee trading group in the world.

Morgan Eckroth is a barista and content creator under the online name of MorganDrinksCoffee.

Dr. Sarada Krishnan is the Executive Director of International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA).

Vern Long is the Chief Executive Officer of World Coffee Research, the world’s first global, industry-driven collaborative agricultural research and development organisation for coffee.

Dagmawi I. Eminetu, a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background in biochemistry, Noa Berger, a Sociology Ph.D. candidate at EHESS, Paris, and Will Frith, a leader in the specialty coffee movement in Vietnam, will deep-dive into three different emerging consumer markets with a focus on what more traditional markets could learn and adapt as their own landscape also shifts and fragments.

The unique event is designed for high-level discussion, leading innovation and strategy development for those passionate and influential in the world of specialty coffee.

More speakers will be announced as we approach the event.
