Winner of the 2018 Specialty Coffee Association Best New Product (Commercial Equipment), Ground Control Cyclops is a full-immersion batch brewer that provides an interactive, visually engaging experience to customers. It uses a patented multi-stage extraction method and powerful vacuum pump to pull out brewed coffee into its hand-blown glass bulb, atop the brewer. Fresh water is then re-introduced to the previously brewed, substantially dried grounds, and the extraction process begins anew. The results of each brew stage are then combined, creating the final beverage. This extracts layers of different flavour compounds in each brew stage to produce a delicate, balanced cup. Ground Control minimises training and simplifies cleaning. Its intuitive touchscreen interface makes it easy to control the entire brewing process. For more information, visit www.vogacoffee.com
