Hemro Group’s Italy, China, and Switzerland locations have been awarded Great Place to Work certification for 2024.

Great Place to Work Certification recognises employers that create an “outstanding employee experience and an amazing workplace culture”, with the certification solely based on employee feedback.

“We are honoured to have created a workplace culture where our employees can thrive,” Hemro Group said in a statement.

“The certification highlights our commitment to making sure our employees can go to work each day with the knowledge that their place of work is positive, supportive and fulfilling. Our people-first approach has not only made us a market leader, it has also built a community that employees are proud to be a part of.”

As part of this achievement, each site will receive a certified Great Place to Work badge, valid for one year, which the company will display in its offices.

“With an international team of more than 320 employees and a global network of more than 140 sales and distribution partners, we know that the strength of Hemro Group is its people,” says Dr Marcel Lehmann, Hemro Group CEO.

“Our business is first and foremost a collaborative effort. Being named a Great Place to Work in three global locations is a testament to the fact that our employees feel – rightly – that they are the most important factor in our mission to create quality coffee moments for millions of people every day.”

He adds that the Great Place to Work award is an opportunity to celebrate the group’s teams while reaffirming its commitment to strive for a positive, supportive, and fulfilling workplace culture.
