The United States branch of the Hemro Group has announced several new direct sale channels and service partners that will bring its Mahlkönig, Anfim, and HeyCafé grinder brands closer to customers across the country.

“We are proud to see our vision for the American market being brought to life,” says Ziya Boro, Hemro Group Chief Sales Officer.

“Within six months, our new Hemro US Sales Manager Sam Grant has taken a number of successful steps to take our business to another level.”

These steps include further developing Hemro’s sales and service partner network with companies such as Visions Espresso Service, Congruent Services, Black Rabbit Service Co, and The Espresso Specialist.

Each of these partners has taken over responsibility for the Hemro Group’s parts, grinders, burrs, and support within the US, providing local customers with purchase options and service enquiries.

Vision Espresso Service is Seattle’s largest commercial service provider, with its trained and dedicated technicians providing service to the Seattle Metropolitan area and the state of Washington.

Congruent Services is made up of coffee professionals from various backgrounds, from baristas to café managers, and rosters, and will provide service across the state of Colorado. It will focus on all three brands.

Portland-based Black Rabbit Service Co will be focused on west coast servicing, with technicians supporting customers in Oregon and California. The company offers a range of services such as installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and consulting services.

The Espresso Specialist was founded in 2004 in Sweden, expanding to New York in 2016. The company will be responsible for Hemro’s New York services, expanding its long and strong relationship to the Hemro audience.

Hemro will also continue to collaborate with Gary Horne Grinding and Brewing Solutions. With these partners offering regional support, the brand aims to reach more US audiences, driving growth for the entire group.

Hemro’s team in Seattle is also growing as well.

“We are happy to welcome Kasey Baker as our new Customer Service Manager and Nelsen Icenhower as Product Manager,” says Sam Grant, US Sales Manager of Hemro.

“Both new colleagues are highly motivated to support our customers with top class service. We are looking forward to celebrating the grand opening of our new office by the end of the year – probably with even more new team members that will have joined our journey until then.”
