The organisers of Host Milano are looking to ride the momentum of a successful 2025 event as the global hospitality platform prepares for expansion into Saudi Arabia next month and the United States (US) in 2027.

A surge in international attendance, thousands of product launches and more than 800 live events cemented Host Milano 2025 as the global barometer for hospitality innovation.

The five-day fair wrapped up on 21 October 2025 with a 20 per cent increase in visitors from Australia, alongside strong growth from key markets including the US (+27 per cent), Brazil (+29 per cent) and Denmark (+45 per cent). In total, 2,050 exhibitors and around 3,000 global industry voices converged on Fiera Milano to chart the future of foodservice, coffee, design, and technology.

Host’s scale and impact extended well beyond the show floor. It featured approximately 3,000 opinion leaders – including academics, experts, masters, chefs and industry figures – along with 700 hosted buyers through ICE – Italian Trade Agency partnerships.

“There was great satisfaction for the interactions with international professionals and the quality of the contacts established, confirming Host as a strategic and unmissable event for the hospitality sector,” say organisers Fiera Milano.

From emerging automation tools and AI-integrated systems to new sustainable manufacturing approaches, exhibitors leveraged Host not only to unveil products but to secure international business relationships and sharpen global competitiveness.

“The feedback was extremely positive: the breadth of the offer, spanning the entire hospitality sector, and the cross-sector integration – increasingly recognised as a strategic trend – were particularly valued as a major added benefit of the event,” organisers say.

“Solutions to automate complex processes also attracted significant interest, while design and AI-integrated proposals drew considerable attention, particularly at an international level.”

Host also became the first Fiera Milano event to implement a full ESG strategy.

In keeping with this theme, exhibitors showcased eco-driven hospitality solutions – from beer systems that repurpose malt waste to fitness equipment crafted from natural, recyclable materials – underscoring the event’s role as a catalyst for forward-thinking hospitality models.

Fiera Milano is now strengthening Host’s position as a global hospitality platform beyond Italy.

From 15 to 17 December 2025, the event will debut in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Host Arabia, a collaboration between Fiera Milano and Semark.

And starting in 2027, a new partnership with the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) will take Host to the US.

“These international contexts consolidate Host’s global expansion strategy, creating new connections between markets, bridges between cultures, and business opportunities worldwide,” organisers say.

The 45th edition of Host Milano will be held at Fiera Milano from 22 to 26 October 2027.
