Fiera Milano S.p.A., and the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers have entered into an agreement to collaboratively explore the addition of new experiences to their respective trade exhibitions.
Host Milano and The NAFEM Show are two of the largest hospitality-focused tradeshows in the world. Host is an international exhibition dedicated to showcasing the catering and hospitality sector, while The NAFEM Show is the leading exhibition for foodservice/catering equipment and supplies in the Americas.
“Together, Fiera Milano and NAFEM engage the most important buyers in Europe and the US,” says Francesco Conci, CEO of Fiera Milano S.p.A.
“Working in unison, we will creative highly innovative opportunities for exhibitors to showcase their latest innovations to customers. We’re very excited to build our partnership in the US with NAFEM.”
The partnership was announced during the 2025 Host Milano show, which took place between 17 to 21 October.
With the release of new technologies a foundational part of Host, NAFEM President Steve Spittle says collaborating with the organisers of the show makes sense.
“For years, NAFEM and Fiera Milano have shaped industry trends and fostered innovation on both sides of the Atlantic,” says Spittle.
“Working together, the value equation for our exhibitors will be unbeatable.”
More information about the agreement is set to be released in the near future. The first cooperative program between NAFEM and Host will be The NAFEM Show between 11 to 13 February 2027, before Host Milano 2027 takes place between 22 to 26 October 2027.
The new agreement builds on previous moves to further internationalise Host and bring global hospitality markets closer together, including the debut of Host Arabia in December 2025.
