Ima Coffee, as the Gold Sponsor of the event, invites players in the portioned coffee industry to participate in the International Virtual Congress on Coffee Capsules, which will be held online on 16 and 17 November 2020.
The two days will be full of talks dedicated to the world of coffee capsules, touching on sustainability and recycling, innovation and quality management, market analysis, science, and the specific technologies required for a coffee capsule plant.
Representing Ima Coffee during the congress is Tim Holdmann, Ima Group Sales Manager for Coffee & Tea, presenting: “Turn-key supply of a coffee capsule plant”.
The speech will be an in-depth investigation of the most relevant phases in the production of capsules, illustrating the combined solutions offered by the Ima Coffee Petroncini and Ima Coffee Packaging brands, with a particular focus on roasting, grinding, and degassing, as well as the critical aspects of capsule filling and related cartoning.
Thanks to its comprehensive vision of the process and packaging of coffee in capsules, Ima Coffee says it can give roasters all-round support that is unique to the market.
New modular packaging machines and the advanced degassing system
The novelties to be presented on the virtual stage will include the new modular capsule machines by Ima Coffee Packaging and a degassing system, proposed by IMA Coffee Petroncini, which guarantees preservation of coffee aroma and at the same time boasts a substantial saving of energy and inert gases used in the system.
