Unika is a unique, modular concept created to perform filling and sealing operations at up to 600 capsules per minute and is able to handle any capsule type available on the market, fed in bulk or stacked.
Accurate product dosing is made possible thanks to precise and extremely gentle product handling to suit a wide range of products to be filled – such as coffee with different densities, tea, and soluble powders. Liquid flavour dosing is also possible.
The pull-out operating system significantly reduces line downtimes resulting in a great efficiency increase. The entire production process can easily be monitored by a single operator performing all operations on the front side of the machine. The unique ergonomic cantilever design assures great accessibility for maintenance, service, and easy cleaning both from the front and from the back side of the machine.
