Coffee and beverage company Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada has announced the appointment of Olivier Lemire as its new President, effective from 1 October 2021.

Lemire, who was working as Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Partner Brands, will replace Stephane Glorieux who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Lemire will report to Ozan Dokmecioglu, KDP CFO and International President.

Having joined KDP Canada in 2011 as a Sales Director, Lemire has held other leadership roles within the brand including in human resources and supply chain.

With a diverse range of retail experience including six years at Procter & Gamble and three years at Nike, Lemire is expected to drive organisation growth in his new role through innovative ideas and new strategic partnerships.

Previous President Glorieux was responsible for successfully integrating KDP Canada and Canada Dry Motts, with the same level of achievement expected from Lemire.

“Since joining the Company, Olivier has demonstrated strong management skills, consistent results delivery, solidifying long-term partnership agreements and attracting high-profile talent to the organisation,” International KDP President Ozan Dokmecioglu says.

“His broad range of experience, coupled with his leadership of successful growth initiatives at our company, makes him uniquely qualified to run our Canadian business unit. On behalf of the KDP Executive Leadership Team and broad employee base, I also want to thank Stephane for his years of service and his invaluable contributions to the success of our Company.”

KDP Canada has more than 60 flagship brands under the title including Canada Dry and Mott’s Clamato.
