La Marzocco is among 10 Italian companies to receive the Best Workplace 2024 recognition within the manufacturing field.

This marks the third consecutive year La Marzocco has been included among Great Place to Work Italia’s Best Workplaces for Blue Collar.

The ranking rewards certified Great Place To Work companies that have “distinguished themselves in creating a positive work experience for their working population”.

La Marzocco attributed its ranking to the “attention dedicated to employee wellbeing, the ability to offer a work experience that enhances individual potential, and the constant commitment to creating a solid sense of community and cohesion among collaborators”.

“We are extremely happy to have achieved this result,” says Michela Nardini, HR Manager of La Marzocco Italia.

“Reaching the top 10 of this prestigious ranking, based on the opinions of our collaborators, is an important confirmation of the value of our commitment. We will continue to invest in the wellbeing of employees, promoting team spirit and strengthening the sense of community, with the aim of always putting people at the centre of our organisation.”

The pool of companies examined to draw up the Best Workplaces for Blue Collar 2024 ranking is composed of organisations with at least 50 collaborators, with a minimum presence of 30 workers (blue collar) and in which these represent at least 10 per cent of the entire population.

The ranking is determined by taking into consideration the average trust index of the workers, the percentage of blue collar respondents compared to the total, and the difference in average trust index between blue collar workers and white collar employees.
