LaCimbali M40 receives Internorga Future Award nomination

Cimbali Group has been nominated for the Internorga Future Award in the Technology and Equipment category for its LaCimbali brand M40 machine.

The Internorga trade fair honours the most innovative concepts from the world of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and patisseries through its Future Award series.

The M40 was selected by a jury of experts as a prime example of sustainability and responsible action in the out-of-home sector.

The machine consists of 44 per cent recycled and 94.4 per cent recyclable material, while being equipped with the latest energy-saving heating system that enables energy savings of up to 75 per cent.

The award ceremony will take place at the Internorga Open Stage at the start of the trade fair on 8 Mach at 10:30am.

Cimbali Group will be present at the trade show in Hall A1 at Stand 216, showcasing its LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer and Casadio brands.
