Italian coffee brand Lavazza announced it will sponsor the first North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list and awards, which will take place on 25 September in Las Vegas, United States (US).
The awards are produced by the team behind The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Its annual list aims to recognise the most innovative and influential dining destinations across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Daniele Foti, Vice President of Marketing for Lavazza North America, will present one of the evening’s awards and will be joined by the nominated restaurants at the ceremony.
According to the coffee company, the sponsorship is the latest event in a series of long-term investments across the global gastronomy space. From collaborations with chefs to partnerships with culinary events, the brand aims to strengthen its presence at the intersection of coffee and cuisine.
Based in the United Kingdom, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants was established in 2002 by William Reed. The brand aims to create a reviewed list of once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences.
