Lavazza Group has undergone an organisational restructure, with the new governance based on its three key principles of brand development, innovation of product experience, and digital transformation of corporate processes and services and data governance.
The restructure has added new executives into the brand’s top management and among its regional directors who report directly to CEO Antonio Baravalle.
Paola Francesa Sharpa has been appointed Lavazza Group’s new Chief Digital Transformation Officer and will lead the brand’s new digital transformation group, which has the mission of leading the transformation of the entire group.
Carlo Colpo has succeeded Sergio Cravero as Lavazza Group’s Chief Marketing Officer. Colpo has been with the business since 2016 and has previously held roles including Marketing Communication Director and Brand Home Director. Cravero has remained with Lavazza as a strategic consultant to the CEO.
Pietro Mazzà has been appointed Chief Innovation, Sustainability & Industrial Relations Officer. He joined the company in 2015, and his previous role of General Manager of Lavazza France and Carte Noire SAS has been handed to Massimo Pepe.
Emanuale Pellegrino has been appointed to Pepe’s former role of Regional Director UK & Nordics, in the final move of the Lavazza restructure.
