Marco Beverage Systems has announced it is now B-Corp Certified. As a B-Corp certified company, Marco Beverage Systems joins a global community of businesses that strive to balance profit with purpose.

B-Corp is a globally recognised assessment that measures a company’s social and environmental impact.

“I take great pride in celebrating Marco’s achievement of the B-Corporation certification,” says Marco Managing Director Paul Stack.

“We have officially joined a community that exemplifies best practices, serving as a reflection of our commitment to continually enhance the experiences of everyone within our sphere – from our dedicated staff and valued customers to our local and global communities.”

To achieve certification, a company must demonstrate high social and environmental performance, make a legal commitment by changing corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, and exhibit transparency by allowing performance to be measured against B-Lab standards.

Companies seeking B-Corp Certification must undergo a formal B Impact Assessment, which will result in a B-Impact score. Marco Beverage Systems’ overall B-Impact score was 91.2.

“This milestone marks the culmination of a two-year journey, but it signifies not the conclusion but rather the commencement of an even more remarkable chapter in our B-Corp journey,” says Stack.
