Beverage dispense solutions manufacturer Marco Beverage Systems has launched Marco MilkPal, a steamless automated milk frother.
The company says the MilkPal can save up to 25 recipes and can deliver hot milk, cold milk, hot foam, and cold foam with steamless technology.
MilkPal is designed to reduce milk waste, speed up service, and ensure consistency, whether using dairy or plant-based milk.
In a statement, Marco Beverage Systems said with the increasing popularity of cold foam drinks and plant-based alternatives, the need for automated systems is more important than ever. Additionally, businesses are seeking ways to reduce operational inefficiencies while delivering consistent, premium results across a variety of milk types.
Marco Beverage Systems says the MilkPal addresses this through its flexibility as it can handle both dairy and plant-based milks, volume and air ratios can be customised for different recipes, and supports a wide variety of hot and cold milk-based beverages.
What’s more, the MilkPal is described as user-friendly, with an intuitive touchscreen interface that simplifies operation. Meanwhile automated cleaning cycles reduce maintenance, requiring minimal staff training. Unlike traditional steam wands, the MilkPal avoids steam dilution, allowing milk to retain its optimal flavour profile.
The MilkPal is easy to clean as it does not require daily consumables and is plumbed for easy connection, and it includes automated flush cycles during idle periods. After six minutes, it pushes any remaining milk back into the vessel and flushes the lines to prevent milk from sitting idle.
According to the company, the MilkPal has been one of its most successful launches, after debuting at World of Coffee Copenhagen in 2024.
