German-based Neuhaus Neotec, leading manufacturer of coffee roasting machines and plants, will extend its activities in the United States with the opening of a new office in North Atlanta, Georgia.  A member of the Amandus Kahl Group, the company has been operational for 30 years, and is best know for its CTR drum roaster and RFB roasting system. The company caters to small and large roasting facilities world-wide.  With the opening of the new office, the company will now offer American business hours, open from 8am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time.  The office is approximately 1900 square feet and adjoins the already existing and established Amandus Kahl USA Corp. building. This new building includes three offices, a modern conference room and a warehouse of approximately 1000 square feet. The office will serve as a base to help the company expand and improve its North American operations, and special requests will be forwarded immediately to specialised engineers in Germany and followed through by the Atlanta staff. Customers will have the option to order spare and wear parts directly via the new office and get regular updates on the process as needed. The company noted that the warehouse has enough space to stock large or bulky spare and wear parts. The warehouse will also allow the company to stock a list of items to ensure operational availability with minimum delivery time. Neuhaus Neotec notes that this should help reduce waiting times, and increase flexibility and shipping time.
