Nuova Simonelli brings knowledge and technology to Moscow

This year Nuova Simonelli will be bringing its knowledge as well as its technology to the International Professional Hospitality Fair in Moscow. Nuova Simonelli will be on the Main Business Stage in the Moscow Coffee and Tea Expo, with an educational format open to Russian and international baristas. Former World Barista Champions Gwilym Davies and and Fritz Storm and National Barista Champion Colin Harmon will participate in the Barista Educational, with the most deserving student winning a place at the next Barista Camp in Tokyo (Japan), with Fritz Storm and Kentaro Maruiama. The Business Russia stand will host a training course for baristas from all regions of the Russian Federation. Baristas from Moscow’s finest coffee shops will be joined by the English World Champion, Gwilym Davies and Irish champion Colin Harmon, who will recreate their Signature Drinks. An additional location will be managed by Nuova Simonelli to present Food & Beverage Managers of the best hotel chains with the latest Fully Automatic news. Engineer Claudio Cingolani, product manager at Nuova Simonelli, will introduce the company's latest innovations in the management of super automatic machines, which are mainly used by hotel and fast food chains.
