Nuova Simonelli to hold workshops on how coffee quality impacts profits

Nuova Simonelli will host a Coffee Quality Revolution workshop from 26 to 27 October in Belforte Del Chienti, Macerata, welcoming world leading coffee experts to provide their insight on how coffee quality impacts profits.  Tracey Allen, CEO of Brewed Behaviour, and Alejandro Mendez, the 2011 World Barista Champion will speak at the event which follows the Host show in Milan. Other speakers will include Raul Rodas, a 2010 World Barista Finalist from Guatemala; Frederico Bolonas, the Founder of Viva Espresso in El Salvador; Gwilym Davies, the 2009 World Barista Champion from the UK; and Professor Sauro Vittori, Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Camerino. The session will include talks of how coffee quality impacts profit capacity, a look at espresso trends around the world, how to optimise espresso machine parameters and a brewing demonstration by national and World Barista Championships.
