Probat is celebrating the opening of the new production facility at its headquarters in Emmerich, Germany, by inviting the public to an open day.

On 24 September the roasting machine manufacturer will open its doors at Reeser Straße in Emmerich, Germany from 10am to 4pm to give visitors a look behind the scenes.

Probat says the state-of-the-art US$40 million building can be explored on a tour and will be a special highlight for the company this year.

In 2018, PROBAT welcomed more than 3000 guests to the open day on the company premises. This year the project Probat Go, the construction of the production and logistics halls, will be presented to a wide audience for the first time. Exhibits from over 150 years of company history can also be viewed in the in-house museum.

Innovative and pioneering solutions for coffee processing allow a glimpse into the future of coffee roasting in the Probat research and development centre. At a career forum, Probat presents itself as an attractive employer

The company park will be transformed into an experience for the whole family, featuring employee bands, food trucks with tasty street food, and activities for children.

The company’s management and employees look forward to welcoming family, friends, and interested parties to this special event and to a cup of coffee.
