Probat is hosting a Pop Up and Heat series of bespoke digital content every month of the year for coffee professionals to experience its innovative technologies and tailored customer solutions in 2024.

Probat continues to focus on its own digital communication channels to promote dialogue with customers worldwide on trends, innovations, and future topics in the industry. The Pop Up and Heat series will offer a range of curated coffee-related topics for their respective target audiences. This includes topics such as finding the right air treatment system for every specialty requirement, process optimisation through intelligent sensor technology, and Probat’s response to the rapidly changing global service landscape.

“While digital experiences enhance connectivity, the irreplaceable value of face-to-face interaction at major industry events cannot be overstated. Through the convergence of the virtual and the tangible, we offer our customers a wealth of opportunities to engage with us,” says Probat’s Executive Vice President of Marketing Jan Molitor.

According to Probat, the company offers interactive and innovative spaces for inspiring and in-depth face-to-face exchanges. In addition to the two Specialty Coffee Association Expos in Chicago and Copenhagen, the company will be available to discuss trends and future innovations in coffee processing with all visitors to coffee trade fairs in South America, the Middle East, Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.

All sessions of the Pop Up and Heat series will be live streamed on Probat’s social media channels. Registration is not required. Everyone is invited to actively participate, either directly in the live chat during the streams or by submitting questions via email in advance, which Probat experts will address and answer during the respective event.

All dates and venues are now available on the company’s website.
