The Rancilio Group has launched its newest branch, Rancilio Group China, which will be headquartered in Shanghai.

The Shanghai branch will be led by Yuan Li who is the Country Manager of Greater China, and will be supported by Tang Yong as the Technical and Service Manager.

The branch will be responsible for supporting, promoting and developing Rancilio, Egro, and Rancilio Speciality brand’s commercial presence in China.

“We have a clear international strategy,” says Ruggero Ferrari, CEO of Rancilio Group. “The opening of the new branch in Shanghai is a significant step towards meeting the needs of a market that is becoming increasingly important on a global scale.”

Rancilio Group China will cover the entire Chinese mainland region and together with the Rancilio Group’s commercial management will oversee commercial relations with local distributors, coffee roasters, and large chains that are both local and international.

The new Shanghai branch will also coordinate the existing Chinese technical assistance network and spare parts service, working alongside Rancilio Group’s Italian operations.

The new headquarters will be located on Wuzhong Road in the Minhang district, and will house the Rancilio Group China sales offices.

This includes a showroom where Rancilio, Egro, and Rancilio Specialty products will be on display, along with a large warehouse for product storage and an area for both commercial and technical training.
