Early bird pricing for the 2019 edition of the Re:co Symposium will end on 14 February, after which registration will cost an additional US$200. The Re:co Symposium event is designed for high-level discussion, leading innovation, and strategy development for those passionate and influential in the world of specialty coffee. Through a mixture of speakers, interactive experiences, and opportunities for conversation, Re:co looks at the specialty coffee market, the challenges it faces, their solutions, and shines a light on opportunities for growth and development. Speakers will include Vera Espindola Rafael of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Rural Development, Janina Grabs of the University of Münster, Ted Fischer of the Institute for Coffee Studies, Vanderbilt University, and Hanna Neuschwander of World Coffee Research. This year, Re:co will focus on macroeconomic dysfunction in the coffee trade, and cost of production and profitability for coffee producers. Re:co’s audience are those looking to gain insight into the specialty coffee market and supply chain, as well as those looking to be challenged and inspired by their industry. The Re:co symposium will take place from 10 to 11 April 2019 in Boston, United States. For more information, visit www.recosymposium.org
