Swiss coffee machine manufacturer Schaerer AG is celebrating a major production milestone as its Schaerer Coffee Soul machine surpasses 100,000 units produced.
Released in 2017, the first version of the Soul machine was the successor to the Coffee Art Plus machine.
“Delivering the 100,000th Schaerer Coffee Soul is a special moment for us. Never before have we produced so many machines in such a short period – the Schaerer Coffee Soul is therefore the most successful machine in Schaerer’s history,” says Sam Geissbühler, Product Manager at Schaerer.
“This traction reflects our pioneering mindset and our focus on market trends and customer needs in every new machine and technology we bring to market”.
The Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and 12 have been in series production since October 2020, after being first unveiled at Host Milano in 2019.
“Our vision was to develop a versatile, modern machine for up to 250 cups per day – offering intuitive touch operation and maximum flexibility to adapt to specific use cases and customer requirements,” says Geissbühler.
“To date, we have delivered more than 1,500 customer‑specific Coffee Soul variants. In addition, two dedicated US models have been developed for the American market.”
