Schaerer is taking the quality of cold coffee specialties to a whole new level with its “hot and cold” technology. Under the motto of “brewed hot and served cold”, Schaerer’s coffee-based beverages can be brewed conventionally at 90°C and cooled to 30°C or 35°C during the dispensing process using a special beverage cooling system. Refreshing summer specialties such as ice coffees with ice cubes, or ice cream, can be prepared rapidly and with an intense flavour. With Schaerer’s new cooling system, ice cream or ice cubes keep their shape longer, beverages stay cool, and dilution is reduced. Schaerer’s Hot and Cold machine opens up new opportunities for restaurateurs to compose coffee creations. For more information, visit www.schaerer.com
