Coffee machine manufacturer Simonelli Group is supporting the Coffee Science and Education Summit, taking place from 6 to 7 February 2025 at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Wädenswil, Switzerland.

In a statement, the company said it has consistently demonstrated its commitment to promoting scientific research on coffee, collaborating with numerous university centres, funding the Research & Innovation Coffee Hub (RICH), and the Coffee Science Foundation.

The summit is said to be a unique opportunity for coffee professionals to explore the latest research, participate in hands-on workshops, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and experience curated tastings. Covering a diverse range of topics, from plant science to sensory analysis, it is a platform for learning, networking, and professional growth.

“Bringing together a dynamic mix of roasters, farmers, scientists, and key figures from across the coffee industry, the summit is set to be an unmissable event for those passionate about advancing the coffee sector,” the company said.
