According to Syntegon, aroma protection is one of the most important requirements for ensuring high quality coffee.

One-way degassing valves guarantee the reliable packaging of oxygen sensitive products and have a long shelf-life of up to 30 months.

Thanks to proven ultrasonic technology, up to 100 valves per minute are sealed on the inside of the packaging material, even if recyclable films are made with mono-materials.

Outside degassing valves can be used for smaller packages with less space.

It achieves maximum quantities with up to 120 self-adhesive valves per minute.

Users can also save time and protect employees, as refilling is carried out ergonomically at ground level.

All existing packaging machines as well as pre-made bag machines can be retrofitted thanks to the high flexibility of the valve solution concept by Syntegon.
