The Middleby Corporation has acquired custom-design brewery equipment manufacturer and supplier Deutsche Beverage Technology on 2 March 2020.
“Deutsche is a technology leader in beverage and liquid processes, offering a wide variety of advanced solutions for beer, cold brew coffee, kombucha, and other liquid extraction applications,” says Tim Fitzgerald, CEO of the Middleby Corporation.
“Being well positioned in fast-growing markets and emerging segements, Deutsche has differentiated technology with highly engineered products.”
Deutsche Beverage Technology, based in Charlotte, United States of America has $40 million in annual revenues.
“The company is very complementary to Ss Brewtech, which Middleby acquired in June, and we are now in a position to accelerate product development and leverage the sales capabilities of both brands,” Fitzgerald says.
