With WMF’s Fresh Filtered Coffee technology, designed for its WMF 1500 S+ and WMF 5000 S+ fully automatic coffee machines, the German machine manufacturer is bringing together the best features of two different worlds – making it possible to produce fine coffee specialities and delicious fresh filtered coffee from a single machine. For each cup, the machine starts by freshly grinding and brewing an espresso, which is then filtered through a filter capsule and dispensed. This process removes any sediment or oils, allowing the fresh filtered coffee to develop its characteristic aromatic taste. The new filter capsule is designed to deliver approximately 100 cups of coffee – or three days worth – and is easily replaced. Every step is explained clearly on the machine display, from positioning and removing the capsule through to daily cleaning requirements. For more information, visit www.wmf-coffeemachines.com
