SEB Professional Beverage has presented innovations from WMF, Schaerer, La San Marco, and Zummo at a two-day professional event it hosted in Prague on 19 and 20 January.

New WMF machines the Peak 50 and Elevation 10 were on display, and represent SEB Professional’s new generation of entry-level professional coffee machines.

Manufactured at SEB Professional’s new facility in Shaoxing, China, they are designed to be used in small to medium-sized spaced like offices, B&Bs, cafés, and self-service areas.

Guests also explored the latest developments and solutions from SEB Professional’s suite of brands, including new functionalities for the semi-automatic portafilter machine WMF espresso NEXT, cool brewed function for the WMF 1500 F, and two-step ice machine operation solution from Schaerer.

“The success of the Prague Commercial Partner Event 2026 reflects the strength of our partnerships and our commitment to innovation,” says SEB Professional VP Coffee Europe/UK, Nordics, and Eastern Europe, Radek Matuszewski.

“Over two exceptional days, we introduced Elevation 10 and Peak 50 – among other innovations – which received a very positive response.”
