WMF is set to showcase a comprehensive array of what it has to offer as an end-to-end solution provider at the Internorga trade show in Germany.

The biggest highlight is set to be MyAppCafé, an autonomous coffee station the first robot barista to be made in Germany. WMF says this showcase of a new development partnership marks an important milestone on the company’s path towards the future.

“For visitors to Internorga, our robot barista will be an impressive representation of the route we are pursuing as a full-service solution provider for the coffee business,” says Marten van der Mei, Vice President Professional Coffee Machines D-A-CH at WMF Group.

“By combining skills in digital and automation aspects with coffee expertise and process stability, we are developing the coffee solutions of the future for our customers – and as a result, we are ensuring that the reliability and investment security inherent in our brand are being delivered in perfect harmony with the digital revolution currently taking place.”

Michael Stille, Managing Director of My App Café, says in the process of developing Germany’s first robot barista, the company needed to find a machinery supplier with a range of solutions that represented the best in reliability and innovative strength.

“We’ve found that in WMF – a partner that holds a position of unparalleled strength on the market thanks to its premium quality standards made in Germany and the industry’s largest European service network,” Stille says.

Visitors to Hamburg Messe form 13 to 17 March will also discover WMF’s new packages for mobile payment and CoffeeConnect telemetry platform. The WMF 1300S fully automatic machine will also celebrate its launch in Germany.

The new WMF payment platform provides a comprehensive solution for companies that have an eye on the future and want innovative customer touchpoints to be a feature of their coffee businesses.

The new WMF 1300S fully automatic machine will take centre stage in the machine innovations that WMF is showcasing at Internorga. With a recommended daily capacity of up to 120 cups on average, and up to three optionally lockable hoppers, WMF 1300S provides a reliable choice wherever coffee is on offer. The high-performance milk systems ensure that the quality of the beverages remains consistently high, whether they use cold milk, hot milk, or hot milk foam.

Designed to Perform, the new brand signature of WMF Professional Coffee Machines, combines more than 90 years of engineering skill with the foresight of a highly agile future business roadmap.

“We’re inviting every Internorga visitor to discover the future of coffee for themselves at the WMF booth and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee prepared by our robot barista,” van der Mei says.
