World Coffee Events search for 2013 host city

World Coffee Events (WCE) is searching for a location to host the 2013 World Coffee titles in June. The chosen location for the WCE event will host the World Barista Championship, World Brewers Cup and World Cup Tasters Championship. The Specialty Coffee Association of Europe will also host the World Latte Art Championship and World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship at the 2013 event. “WCE competitions receive worldwide attention and draw thousands of visitors each year,” says Managing Director of WCE, Cindy Ludviksen Ludviksen. “Hosting a WCE championship is an exciting way to increase visitor traffic and closely associate any exhibition or host city with the competitive pursuit for coffee excellence.” Host cities and event organisers have until 4 May 2012 to submit online applications through the WCE website. The winning bidders will be notified by June 2012. Criteria and applications for the WCE event are available at www.worldcoffeevents.org
