World of Coffee and Tea announces 2015 program

The 12th edition of World of Coffee and Tea is taking place at the Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand, from 20 – 24 May. “This buzzing event will offer the opportunity to network with thousands of industry professionals and people passionate about driving the market forward,” said Event Organisers, in a statement. The Specialty Coffee Association of Europe will conduct training on the techniques of selecting and roasting coffee beans, as well as other classes. La Marzocco will present its Out of the Box experience, a one-day event featuring live music, international key-note speakers and equipment demonstrations on 23 May. The Association of South East Asian Nations Coffee Federation will invite eight barista champions to share their special brews and experiences. Boncafe will offer seminars for entrepreneurs looking to open coffee shops in Thailand, as well sharing recipes on frappes, smoothies and mocktails. World of Coffee and Tea, World of Seafood and World of FoodService are all running as part of Thaifex World of Food. The largest scale so far, the exhibition will cover four halls over 70,000 square meters of the Impact Centre. Thaifex organisers said they were expecting exhibitors from more than 30 countries, and expecting trade visitors of 35,000.
