To discuss the impact of electric roaster technology on the coffee industry, guests will hear from Arno Holschuh, Bellwether Coffee’s Chief Coffee Officer; Trond Simonsen, CEO of Roest; Andrew Stordy, Founder of Ikawa; and John Lee, Head of International Business Development for Stronghold Technology.

The conference will also feature top coffee professionals such as Andrea and Jon Allen from Onyx Coffee Lab, Nolan Hirte from Proud Mary Coffee, Rachel Peterson from Hacienda La Esmeralda, and Sarah Baker from Global Coffee Report Magazine, among others.
