Swedish coffee roaster Löfbergs has appointed a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive commercial growth across markets such as the United Kingdom and Denmark.
Kieran Youngman will start the role in September, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Danone, Procter & Gamble, and most recently as General Manager for the Nordics and Northern Europe at The Livekindly Collective.
“Kieran is a key addition to our growth journey,” says Anders Fredriksson, CEO of Löfbergs.
“He brings a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on leadership experience from both large multinationals and fast-growing companies. His deep understanding of our priority markets and his passion for sustainability make him the right person to lead our international expansion.”
Löfbergs says Youngmann’s appointment is part of the company’s long-term plan to increase its presence in international markets.
“For me, Löfbergs represents a unique combination of an iconic coffee brand that I personally enjoy, a company that puts sustainability at the forefront, and a bold ambition to ensure more people around the world can enjoy Löfbergs coffee,” says Youngmann.
“I look forward to contributing to the company’s international growth and helping further develop its commercial capabilities and culture.”
Founded in 1906, family-owned Löfbergs is one of the largest coffee roasters in the Nordic region.
